As the home of the Hornets, Hening Elementary is always buzzing! The school took that energy to a new level March 11 with an event called Buzzing With Belonging. Students, families, teachers and staff enjoyed an unforgettable evening celebrating Hening’s vibrant tapestry of cultures. Families and staff members found delicious and creative ways to share information about their backgrounds, sharing food, crafts and fun. The drum club, school choir and martial arts club performed as part of this new tradition at Hening Elementary.
